This recipe comes straight from Zacatecas, Mexico. Pork shoulder cooked for 3 hours, in a marinade featuring Mexican Coca Cola, until the meat falls off the bone.

Mahi Mahi

Mahi Mahi

Hand cut Mahi Mahi served sautéed or beer battered. Battered fish is made to order, dipped in a special Tecate Beer batter and deep fried. Sautéed fish is seasoned to perfection and made to order. Be sure to try it Baja Style

Traditional, Mexican style Pollo Asado. Seasoned and marinated in an authentic blend of spices, diced onions and lime. Seared and grilled to perfection.

Shrimp
