We have people schedule us a year an advance. We recommend as soon as your event is confirmed, you reserve your date with one of our event coordinators.

Yes, the truck has a $1500 food minimum. If your event does not meet that minimum, don't worry, we still have several options to bring the Taco Life to your event! Fill out the form for details.

There is a service fee and a travel fee depending on distance.

We can still provide a full on-site catering service without the truck. Please fill out the form and one of our event coordinators with discuss other options.

It depends on our current schedule, and your event type, and size. Our event coordinators are happy to assist if you have specific questions.

The truck requires a $500 deposit. This deposit holds your date, and enables us to deny all other inquiries that would conflict with your event. It is 100% refundable until 30 days before the event. At the 30 day mark, it is applied towards your event total and is no longer refundable .

You should always check! If the truck will be parking on private property, permits typically are not required. However, Client is always required to verify that we are allowed to park at the event location site. If your event is on public property (such as a park) you will almost certainly need to pull a city permit (Santa Monica or West Hollywood for example require permits). If the parking area is located on public property, the parking location must usually be at least 200 feet from food establishments. Please check with your city for its requirements .

Our trucks require a parking area of 30 feet long to maneuver in place; 15 feet wide to allow for us to open up the service doors on the passenger side; and 20 feet of clearance above the truck. The parking area must also be able to support a vehicle weight greater than 10,000 lbs .
